you raised interesting points, particularly about Mocha. I fully agree that Mocha is rather awkwardly placed when you think of its prices vs positioning. In-store service has never been their forte, though I'll be surprised if it has deteriorated even further.
They fit well for the hip, youngster focused coffee place..but the prices are way too high for tht group. And while working professionals won't mind the prices..the whole thing is so-teenage and so much on your face types that some of them might find themselves rather uncomfortable. But still they are the most interesting of the lot.
